All materials provided remain the property of No Limits Basketball. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
1. Download and distribute resources for commercial gain, in any form
2. Share, copy, download or distribute videos or resources to persons not residing at your home.
3. Alter files in any way, or remove images/footnotes or copyright notations
4. Share your login access details with any person residing outside your home. If you feel your friends and extended families would enjoy No Limits Academy Online, please refer them to our website to subscribe.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by No Limits Basketball at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

The materials on the No Limits Academy Online’s website are provided 'as is'. The School makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties.
4. Cancellations and Refunds (for Subscriptions
No Limits Basketball Academy Online subscriptions are offered on a month to month basis. No refunds will be offered on partial completion.
A 30-day money back guarantee is offered if not 100% satisfied with the program content within the first month. Notice must be given in writing, via email, within your first month of membership.
Cancellations after this time can be made at any time, up to a day before the next bill payment is due, by advising No Limits Basketball via email of your wish to cancel at the end of the current billing period.
5. Safety Disclaimer
No Limits Academy Online activities and videos are coach-led and developed activities. Children must be supervised by an adult to ensure suitability of the activities for their level, and appropriateness of surroundings.
6. Assumption of Risk and Indemnity
The activities covered by No Limits Academy Online are relatively safe activities. Yet, any time an activity involves momentum and movement, there is a risk of minor to severe injury.
In consideration of participating in No Limits Academy Online, I represent that I understand the nature of this Activity and I hereby for myself, my children, my heirs and executors vow that if any of the aforementioned should partake in physical activity utilising this program, the same shall be qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such Activity.
I acknowledge that if I believe conditions are unsafe, I will immediately discontinue participation in the Activity. I fully understand that this, similar to all other sports and activities, involves risks of bodily injury, including permanent injury, which may be caused by my own actions, or inactions, those of others participating in the event, the conditions in which the event takes place, or the negligence of the “Releasees” named below; and that there may be other risks either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time; and I fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for losses, cost, and damages I incur as a result of my participation in the Activity.
I hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue No Limits Basketball, its respective affiliates, administrators, directors, agents, officers, volunteers, and employees, other participants, any sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises on which the Activity takes place, (each considered one of the “RELEASEES” herein) from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages, on my account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the “Releasees” or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations and future agree that if, despite this release, waiver of liability, and assumption of risk, I, or anyone on my behalf, makes a claim against any of the Releasees, I will indemnify, save, and hold harmless each of the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or cost, which may incur as the result of such claim.
7. Limitations
In no event shall the School be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the School’s website, even if the School or an authorised representative of the School has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

No Limits Academy Online assumes no responsibility for the contents of any externally linked sites (such as, but not limited to, YouTube and Facebook). The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the No Limits Basketball of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

The School may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.

Any claim relating to the School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
